ARE YOU DOING YOUR BEST WORK?
Welcome to the
Making Work Work Course!
This course is filled with actionable strategies that you and your colleagues can use immediately to create a more civil, cohesive, productive and enjoyable work culture. Specifically, inside of this course, you will be introduced to the R.E.A.L. Strategy™ that is necessary to create and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Relentless Respect: This will focus on how to positively act and communicate with each other, the importance of respecting the organization by being fully accountable, and most importantly, how to relentlessly respect ourselves by setting and enforcing our boundaries.
Endless Energy: This will focus on practical strategies to maintain a positive attitude during challenging times, creating meaningful relationships with your colleagues that will keep you going when your energy is fading, and how to effectively use the most soul-nourishing energy source in the workplace today: appreciation.
Addressing the ABCs: This section will focus on the three most challenging workplace personalities, how to effectively deal with them. There are the Agitators who passive-aggressively annoy you, the Bullies who intimidate you, and the Complainers who drain you. This is when the journey to creating a positive workplace culture gets hard, and you will discover how to tap into your courage to keep pushing forward.
Lasting Leadership: Simply put, a fancy workplace title is not required to be a leader. What is required is the willingness to value others, the self-awareness to lead by example, and the temperament to be followed, not because others have to, but because they choose to. This section will focus on how to lead without authority, the importance of valuing everyone, and how to become a leader who will change the world.
Each module in this course is designed to positively impact how you work, live and lead—starting today. If you are looking for a course to provide you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to improve your workplace culture, look no further.

MEET SHOLA
Over a decade ago, I was drowning in the despondency of yet another workday. My success as the top regional performer had been numbed by a culture of incessant workplace bullying. And, I’d recently made the situation worse by filing a formal complaint. In short, I was collateral damage in a company without the process or intention to address my experience.
Exhausted from the drama, with an unrecognizable version of myself at the wheel, I intentionally swerved off the interstate in an attempt to take my own life. But in that half-second, my reflexes responded, and I yanked the wheel away from disaster. As I clipped the guardrail on the 405, something changed...
...a burning desire to reverse a trend that happens daily to sixty-five million people in this country alone. This catalyst has since become Go Together™ Movement - a transformational roadmap of mindset, behaviors, and tools that transform workplace cultures and drive results.
